Integrated Logistics & Associates was founded in 1990.
In May of 2011 Integrated Logistics was purchased by Finger Lakes Logistics, Inc a family owned and operated business in Upstate New York State. Finger Lakes Logistics, Inc., founded in 1994, as a Transportation Service Provider, has also acquired several businesses in the Transportation Industry, including the Canandaigua Driving School. In July of 2012 Integrated established their Accounts Receivable Management Service (Transportation Factoring) for single truck carriers and small fleets. Integrated Logistics & Associates is a member of the International Factoring Association and the American Factoring Association.
